Terms of Service

Womea LLC operates a technology platform that connects you with Arora Health & Aesthetics — an independent medical provider group of US-licensed clinicians — and with partner pharmacies. Womea does not practice medicine and does not employ the clinicians; clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe, are made by the treating clinician.

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state where our clinicians are licensed to use the services. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during your assessment and ongoing care.

Our services facilitate telehealth consultations — including a live (synchronous) video or phone visit with a clinician to begin hormone therapy — prescription review, and pharmacy fulfillment where appropriate. A clinician may determine that our services are not suitable for you and may decline to prescribe.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect active care.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current so your clinician can care for you safely.

Prices are displayed before you confirm an order. Certain medications are provided on a recurring subscription basis. By starting a subscription you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on the stated cadence until you cancel.

Recurring billing, cancellation, and refund terms are described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

You agree not to misuse the services, share your account, submit false information, resell or reverse-engineer the platform, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The website and its content are provided for general information and are not medical advice. A clinician-patient relationship is formed only through care delivered by a treating clinician, not by reading the website.

The services do not provide emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

The website, its content, logos, and design are owned by Womea LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. By submitting it, you grant Womea a license to use it as needed to operate the services and provide your care, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Any feedback you share may be used to improve the services without obligation to you.

The services rely on third parties, including partner pharmacies and payment processors, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

By using the services you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including by email, text message, and secure messaging — and you agree that electronic agreements, notices, and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. Message and data rates may apply; you can adjust your preferences as described in our communications.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Womea LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Womea LLC, its affiliates, and their personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Except where prohibited by law, you and Womea agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these terms by contacting us. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court or injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse.

You may stop using the services at any time and cancel any subscription as described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, are the entire agreement between you and Womea regarding the services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
