Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds work. We aim for clear, fair recurring terms that you can manage yourself at any time. This is a templated policy provided for illustration and is not a substitute for advice from your own legal counsel.
How subscriptions work
Certain medications are provided on a recurring basis so your refills arrive automatically. There is no membership fee — the price you see is the medication, with shipping and messaging included.
Before you enroll, we show the price, the billing frequency (for example, every 30 or 90 days), and the date of your next charge. We do not enroll you in a subscription without your clear consent.
Billing and renewals
Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal so a charge is never a surprise, and the current terms are always visible in your account.
How to cancel anytime
You can pause or cancel anytime, with no phone call required. Sign in to your account and use the self-serve cancel option, or message your care team and we will process it for you.
Cancellation stops future charges. Cancelling before your next billing date prevents the next charge; you keep access to any cycle you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you are charged in error, contact us and we will make it right. Because medications are dispensed for individual use, we generally cannot accept returns of shipped medication for safety reasons, but we will review refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law.
Questions
If anything about your billing is unclear, message your care team or email care@womea.com (Womea LLC, 100 Cliff Drive, Sag Harbor, NY 11963). We want the terms to be obvious and the cancellation process to be effortless.
