Questions, answered
Clear answers about how online menopause care works, what the evidence says, and how billing and shipping are handled. If you do not see your question here, your clinical team is a message away.
How online care works
From assessment to your live clinician visit to your first prescription — with no in-person clinic visit required.
You complete a 3-minute questionnaire about your symptoms, health history, and goals, then have a live video or phone visit with a US-licensed clinician. They review your history and, if hormone therapy is appropriate for you, prescribe the right starting regimen. There's no in-person clinic visit and no blood draw required to begin.
What the guidelines support
We lead with guideline-concordant hormone therapy and are transparent about benefits, risks, and anything compounded.
For most healthy women under 60 or within 10 years of menopause, the benefits of hormone therapy outweigh the risks. This is the position of The Menopause Society and ACOG. Hormone therapy still carries risks, which is why a licensed clinician reviews your full health history before prescribing and discusses the benefits and risks with you.
Pricing, delivery, and your account
Transparent pricing, free shipping, and the freedom to cancel anytime.
There is no membership fee. You pay for the medication, with free shipping and clinician messaging included. Pricing is transparent and listed à la carte, so you always know what you are paying for.
Who fills and prescribes
The independent provider group and the licensed pharmacy behind your care.
Prescriptions are dispensed by our partner pharmacy, VialsRX (6220 Westpark Dr, Houston, TX 77057; phone (713) 497-5590; vials.ai). Services are available in all 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions.
