## Medication claims we make, and one we deliberately do not
- First-line therapy is body-identical estradiol and micronized progesterone, consistent with The Menopause Society 2022 hormone therapy position statement and ACOG guidance.
- We do not claim compounded "bioidentical" hormones are safer, more natural, or more effective than standard hormone therapy. No page on this site makes that claim.
- Menopause is diagnosed by symptoms and history. We do not require or sell hormone blood testing to start care.
