How to cancel Midi Health: visits and subscriptions

Midi is two different things to cancel: appointments, which need 24 hours notice to avoid a fee, and subscriptions, which need notice before renewal. Here are both paths, verified against Midi's own terms.

Midi Health cancellation is really two separate tasks. Appointments: cancel or reschedule in the Midi Portal with at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Subscriptions (supplements and recurring products): cancel any time by emailing support@joinmidi.com, calling 1-888-731-8994, or through your online account, at least 2 days before the renewal processing date; store shipments need 3 business days via the Subscriptions section of your account. Verified against Midi's terms and help center in August 2026; confirm in your account before relying on the details.

Cancelling an appointment

Log in to the Midi Portal and change or cancel the visit there. Midi's help center asks for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee, so a same-day change is the expensive kind. If something urgent comes up inside the window, contact support anyway; fee policies are theirs to waive.

Cancelling a subscription

  • Email support@joinmidi.com with a direct cancellation request, call 1-888-731-8994, or use your online account.
  • Do it at least 2 days before the renewal processing date, or the next period will bill.
  • For recurring store shipments, use the Subscriptions section of your account at least 3 business days before the shipment date, or email store@joinmidi.com.
  • Ask for written confirmation of the cancellation date and any final shipment.

Before you cancel: protect your prescription

If you take hormone therapy through the service you are leaving, plan the handoff before you cancel rather than after. Stopping estradiol abruptly can bring symptoms back quickly, sometimes within days, and there is no medical reason to go through that gap. The Menopause Society supports continuing therapy as long as benefits outweigh risks for you, so leaving one provider is not a reason to stop treatment.

Three practical steps cover it. First, check how much medication you have on hand and time your cancellation so a final shipment arrives before access ends. Second, save your current prescription details, the exact medication, dose, and route, plus any visit summaries you can download, so your next clinician does not start from zero. Third, line up the next prescriber before the last refill runs out, whether that is your own doctor or another telehealth service.

If you are switching rather than stopping

Midi's insurance-billed model fits many women well, and our Womea vs Midi comparison says so plainly. The trade-off runs the other way if you are paying cash anyway or want treatment bundled into one transparent price: Womea is cash-pay by design, with the live clinician visit, messaging, and free shipping included in the medication price and no membership fee. Prescribing is never guaranteed; it follows a clinician's review of your history.
